Suite à une analyse de chaque pilier de la Stratégie du tourisme régional (Vision, Environnement et Ressources) nous découvrons certaines inefficacités entre les objectifs stratégiques et les résultats attendus. L'efficience de la stratégie actuelle, à l'égard des ressources disponibles par la région et de l'utilité sociale de grands investissements touristiques sont loin d'être achevés. Ainsi, nous proposons une nouvelle organisation du Comité Régional du Tourisme Languedoc Roussillon comme structure supra-locale animatrice au niveau régional du "Pôle ou Cluster" Tourisme. Toutefois, nous proposons un nouveau modèle opérationnel possible, associant acteurs privés et publics à la formalisation de ce cluster à travers une répartition des rôles administratifs, axés sur l'animation de cinq leviers d'un Pentagrowth Destination Sud De France. About the Author: Felipe a étudié Corporate and Organisational Strategy à la "London School of Economics and Political Science"( LSE ) et pendant son Executive MBA à l'ESC Montpellier, il a étudié le Management Stratégique avec Laurence LEHMANN ORTEGA qui est actuellement professeur agrégé de stratégie à HEC Paris, où elle enseigne la stratégie en programmes de formation des cadres, Masters ainsi comme dans l'EMBA. Felipe est titulaire en Argentine d'une Licence en sciences économiques, spécialité marché des capitaux et système bancaire et d'un Magistère en gestion d'organisations (Universidad de Valparaiso, Chili). Felipe Molina Civit détient aussi un Executive MBA en stratégie et finances de l'ESC Montpellier, France (Financial Times TOP'29 Masters in Management). Felipe Molina Civit a travaillé dans différentes industries pendant plus de 18 ans. Il fit ses premières armes dans l'industrie de l'hospitalité à Cancun, au Mexique. À continuation dans les services financiers chez Zurich Financial Services. Entrepreneur par nature, Felipe a fondée en 2003, avec son associé, Distrosur Societé Anonyme, entreprise de logistique. Puis, en 2008 il est devenu associé d'un bureau conseil après avoir fini son MBA. Dans le secteur public en France, Felipe a travaillé comme consultant chargée de la gouvernance à travers les NTIC's pour le gouvernement régional du Languedoc-Roussillon ( Sud de France), chez le Comité Régional du Tourisme. Il est aujourd'hui Consultant (Pro Bono) de l'Association pour un Développement Économique, Social et Territorial, Équitable et Soutenable (ADESTES).
