About the Book

That lonely place with a house and a park in it attracted the developer and contractor Govardhan very much. The rumors about that place did not deter Govardhan and he felt very much happy as he could buy it at a very lower price and started his dream project of apartment construction 'Strawberry' in it. He did not care at all when the constructing people told him that they were facing strange experiences in that place. But when he and his family members themselves started subjecting to those strange experiences after they shifted into their flat upon the construction of 'Strawberry', Govardhan began to suspect. The constant complaints from the residents of the apartment about the strange experiences there made him feel too much fear and intensive pressure. The often warning of the spirit of the dead girl in the park to leave that place and go away made Govardhan to come to a decision. Without telling anyone, on one midnight, Govardhan and his family members locked their flat and left the apartment. None of the people there knew where they have gone and what happened to them.

Some of the owners in that apartment sold their flats dead cheep and tenants there could get the flats at very lower rents because of the strange experiences there. Even there was no serious damage to any of them, the strange experiences there created lot of fear in them. The time and again saying of Satyaki, a psychologist and a resident of flat no.604 in the sixth floor, stopped the remaining owners from selling their flats and kept the residents still there.

But 'Strawberry' was not just a place for strange experiences, a place for wonderful romance also! Saritha, resident in flat no.405, fall in love with Satyaki and broke his resolve to remain as a bachelor for all his lifetime. Ranjitha, became furious when she came to know that a new entrant into the apartment Malathi was in love with Anirudh on whom she was quite interested in. Without bothering with the love of Malathi and Ranjitha on Anirudh, another girl Pallavi fixed herself on Anirudh and determined to marry only him. How Malathi won in her love was one story among other stories in 'Strawberry.'

Just like in society, there are all types of people in the apartment 'Strawberry'. The different ways of their thinking, the different ways of their taking the state of affairs and the different ways of their responding to the same! A steamy hot romantic thriller!
