About the Author: Prof. Vastola (Editor) is specialist for agro-food marketing, economy of quality and consumer behaviour. The researchers of the School of Agricultural, Forestry, Food and Environmental Science (SAFE) of the University of Basilicata are addressing their scientific efforts to test and to find solutions adaptable to the economical, social and environmental characteristics of this territory.
