Der Markt für Energie-Technik-Produkte ist ein gutes und mittlerweile allen bekanntes Beispiel eines sich stark verändernden Geschäftsfeldes. Nicht nur auf nationaler Ebene, sondern auch auf globaler Ebene machen sich die Auswirkungen der sich rasant verknappenden und verteuernden traditionellen fossilen Energieträger unmittelbar bemerkbar. Wir sind gezwungen neue Wege zu finden, damit wir das Überleben unseres hervorragenden Industrie-Standortes Deutschland und unseres wohl verdienten Wohlstandes nachhaltig sichern können. Die EnTech Plus GmbH ist ein sich stark veränderndes, mittelständisches Musterunternehmen der Energietechnik-Branche, das in dieser Semesterarbeit als Beispiel für den betrieblichen Umstrukturierungs-, bzw. Change-Prozess betrachtet wird. Die EnTech Plus GmbH muss ihre bestehende Organisation und ihr bestehendes Personal dahingehend verändern und anpassen, dass sie ihre neu ausgerichteten strategischen Ge-schäftsziele auf dem Markt der neuen Energie-Technik zeitlich, finanziell und inhaltlich erreicht.
