About the Author: Rebekah is a writer, teacher and holistic practitioner born and raised near the rivers and woods around Pittsburgh. She has a particular love for helping people discover their own path to self healing so that they can be empowered with the ability to share that skill with those they encounter. Rebekah's diverse background results in a unique blend of multiple cultural and theoretic approaches to healing and health on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. She has an extensive education combined with years of practice in more than fifty medical and holistic fields like Spiritual Counseling and Psychology, Western Herbalism, and others. Knowing the value that journaling has brought to her own life, she took the time to catalog the major blocks, belief systems, thought processes, traumas, images and symbols she has encountered in seven energy centers of the body over the years. From these experiences and knowledge she developed the prompts in each of the books- one for each energy center.
