Scott has over 20 years of experience in the consulting industry serving in top executive roles and board member for a national IT staffing firm. Scott has led organizations to significant growth in commercial and government environments. He has been recognized for building successful teams and developing new scaleable business practices. He was noted as a leader, managing director and top earner for a staffing firm he helped build in the Washington, D.C.market. Before Scott set his goals toward corporate america, he served 10 years of military duty in the United States Army. Scott worked in several key roles involving Personnel Management, and supporting military operations such as Operation Desert Shield/Storm. During his military service, Scott became Instructor Certified and was highly recognized for his contribution to his country before honorably separating. Scott's professional portfolio includes serving in roles ranging from Recruiter to Managing Director and ultimately become Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at APSi. He sits on several community boards and works with mentoring groups to help young men and women become successful in life. Scott has a passion for education and works with academic institutions, corporate clients and non-profit organizations on building training programs. He finds time to speak to groups of job seekers and professionals on employment, training and workforce topics. Scott is developing new curriculum and collaborating with nationally recognized subject matter experts to build "real world" training solutions to meet the demands of today's workforce.
