1) Author 1: Yifeng Cai (author for English version)

a) Experience:

Yifeng Cai is a senior engineer working for Southwest China Research Institute of Electronic Equipment. He received his doctor's degree in Communication and Information System from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in 2014. When he was pursuing his doctor's degree, his research mainly focused on technology of cognitive radio and wireless communication networks. After graduation, he started doing researches on techniques and system design of Electronic Warfare. Until now, he has published over 10 papers and been granted 3 patents.

Rongbing Gan is a professor of engineering working for Southwest China Research Institute of Electronic Equipment. He received his doctor's degree in Signal and Information Processing from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in 2005. When he was pursuing his doctor's degree, his research mainly focused on technology of radar and radar countermeasures. His doctor dissertation "Research on Electronic Countermeasures and Target Detection to Synthetic Aperture Radar" won the Best Doctor Dissertation Award of UESTC. After graduation, he started doing researches on new techniques and system design of electronic warfare. Until now, he has published over 30 journal papers and 2 books, been granted 3 patents, and given oral presentations in International conferences twice.
