About the Book

Die Notwendigkeit zur Anschaffung einer Anlage der Mittleren Datentechnik ergab sich aus dem gestiegenen Geschaftsvolumen, das mit der herkomrnlichen tech- nischen Ausstattung nicht mehr bewaltigt werden konnte. In der Vorverkaufs-Phase bestanden Kontakte praktisch ausschlieBlich zwischen dem Inhaber und dem Vertriebsbeauftragten (VB) des Lieferanten. Die Entscheidung zugunsten dieses Lieferanten fiel nach der Vorfiihrung eines Individualprogrammes, das fUr einen anderen Kunden sowie eine groBere Anlage erstellt wurde. Zugesagt wurde vom Lieferanten: - ein fUr alle Branchen geeignetes Standard-Buchhaltungsprogramm (FIBU) - ein individuell erstelltes Fakturierprogramm Die Anforderungen, die an diese Programme gestellt wurden, waren nicht schrift- lich fixiert. Betroffen von der geplanten Umstellung waren die Buchhalterin, die praktisch alle kaufmannischen Funktionen des Unternehmens betreute, und eine Fakturistin. Beide wurden vom Inhaber weder am EntscheidungsprozeB selbst noch an dessen Vorbereitung beteiligt. Erst nach der Kaufentscheidung wurde ich - zusammen mit einem Kollege- mit Ist-Aufnahme und Programmierung bei diesem Unternehmen beauftragt. Unsere Aktivitaten verliefen folgendermaBen: Mehrere Programmbesprechungen zum Thema Fakturierung bestanden darin, daB die Buchhalterin Maximalforderungen aufstellte, die eine Anlage der bestellten Kapazitat nicht erfUllen konnte. Aile Vorschlage, die auf eine wenigstens teilweise Entlastung der von ihr betreuten Arbeitsgebiete hinausliefen, wurden von ihr verwor- fen. Der Inhaber, der keine Detailkenntnisse der taglichen Arbeit besaB, iibernahm voll die Argumentation der Buchhalterin. Die Fakturistin schloB sich ebenfalls an. Ich gewann bei diesen Gesprachen den Eindruck, daB die Buchhalterin iiberhaupt nicht an der Installation des Biirocomputers interessiert war. Diese Haltung konnte ich mir damals, noch unerfahren in der Behandlung von Widerstiinden, nicht erklaren.
