Der vorliegende Band ist ein Ausschnitt der Fachbeiträge auf der internationalen Konferenz Think CROSS - Change MEDIA 2016. Mobil. Ethisch. Kollaborativ. lautet der Untertitel und trägt diversen Tendenzen in der Branche Rechnung. Entsprechend die Themenauswahl: Das Menschenrecht auf digitale Kommunikation war der Titel der Keynote vom Deutsche Welle Akademiedirektor Christian Gramsch. Mobile Berichterstattung mit mobilen Endgeräten am Beispiel des Hörfunks. Was es bedeutet, wenn die Masse spricht? Online-Petitionen als Tool für Journalisten, um sich mit genauen Daten ein Bild über die Meinung von Bevölkerungsgruppen zu relevanten Themen zu machen. Und wie kann man aus Online-Befragungen tatsächlich neue Erkenntnisse extrahieren - von der Datenerhebung bis zur Visualisierung der Ergebnisse. Wie steht es sonst mit dem Zugang zu Daten? Juristen-Tipps für Journalisten als Bürger erhöhen die Chance auf legalen Zugang. Bilddatenbanken leichter zugänglich zu machen, war das Ziel der HTW-Kollegen. Ihr visuelles Navigationskonzept überzeugte. Unter dem Rahmenthema "Ethische Fragen der digitalen Kommunikation" arbeiteten interdisziplinäre Teams an diversen wissenschaftlichen Fragestellungen wie der Risikowahrnehmung selbstlernender E-Mail-Management-Systeme, der Erkennung manipulierter Kundenrezensionen im Netz oder aber auch Fragestellungen aus dem Bereich Digital Personal Memories. Nicht zuletzt stand die Think CROSS - Change MEDIA im Zeichen der Onlinekollaboration. Ein ganzer Track war Kreativprozessen in der Onlinekollaboration gewidmet. Basierend auf dem Erasmus+ Projekt OnCreate stellten Wissenschaftler aus acht Ländern ihre Forschungsergebnisse vor. OnCreate steht für die Konzeption und Evaluierung von kollaborativen Online-Kursen mit dem Fokus auf Kreativität und Innovation, sowie deren wissenschaftliche Begleitung. Schlagworte hier u.a. Slacktivism, Silent Game, Creating Reality TV...
About the Author: Sabine Falk-Bartz ist Fernsehjournalistin, arbeitete im gesellschaftspolitischen Bereich für MDR und ARTE. Sie ist für den Masterstudiengang Cross Media an der HS Magdeburg-Stendal als wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin tätig. Lehre in interdisziplinären Praxisprojekten mit journalistischen Schwerpunkten, insbesondere im Bereich Social Media, sowie PR, Kooperationen wie auch Channelmanagement in Social Media sind einige der Aufgabenfelder. Für die Fachkonferenz Think CROSS - Change MEDIA ist sie inhaltlich und organisatorisch hauptverantwortlich. Die Konferenzbände der Vorgängerveranstaltungen lektorierte sie und besorgte deren Herausgabe.
