She has over 30 years' experience in corporate America and a unique, diverse skill set: marketing, software engineering, operations management, and people management. She earned a doctorate in strategic leadership at Regent University, an MBA and a graduate certificate in leadership development at Johns Hopkins University, and a BS degree in computer science at James Madison University. She lives in northern Virginia with her husband, Tom.
