There is a continued need for overarching and profound approaches to tourism and hospitality. The concept of tourism and hospitality needs to be thoroughly considered so that issues with an ever-increasing complexity and interconnectivity can be understood and dealt with. This book has been prepared, by pursuing a scientific goal in the field of tourism and hotel management, in order to create a resource for the academicians and sector representatives who conduct researches on the subject. Özgür Yayla, Asst. Prof. Dr., is working as an academician at the Department of Recreation Management at Manavgat Faculty of Tourism, Akdeniz University, Turkey. His research interests include recreation, tourism, hospitality, leisure and also destination management.
Alper Işın, PhD., is working as an academician at the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University, Turkey. His research interests include tourism, gastronomy, food & beverage management and also destination marketing.
