About the Book

Welcome to Springfield Lakes, a town where perfection is the standard. Among the white picket fenced homes, worry-free children and the wealthy elite is Craig Donnell, an unemployed, life long Springfield Lakes resident and aspiring stand-up comedian who's struggling to adjust to adulthood, remaining in a state of arrested development and caring more about having a good time out with his three life-long buddies than anything else. When he's invited to the biggest party of the year at the local University he can't help but see it as a way to get out, revert back to his college ways and immediately enlists his friends for a night they'll never forget.
About the Author: Chris Drags (born Christopher Dragicevich) graduated from Loyola University in Maryland in 2008 and currently lives in New York City. After quietly writing as a hobby for many years while he worked various jobs, including living in the Grand Teton National Park for 6 months, Chris finally published his first story, TOWNIES, on February 25, 2014. TOWNIES is a captivating and hilarious story about four friends who try their hardest not to grow up; it is loosely based on Chris and his friends after they graduated college. Upon publication TOWNIES was immediately met with both critical and commercial praise by Chris' close friends and family: "I love this book! It's well written, it's funny, and it's the most handsome book in the Kindle store!" - Mary Ellen Dragicevich, mother The mesmerizing cover for TOWNIES was arduously created by Chris over 2 full days as he taught himself how to use Photoshop and curse at his computer; but the final product was well worth it as it is now widely considered a work of art by Courtaney Craig, Chris' girlfriend. "This book changed my life. From the cover to the last line, this book has it all. Chris is truly an exciting new talent and may end up as the voice of our generation." - Kyle Santangelo, friend and engineer Although his catalogue is small right now, Chris Drags has clearly proved himself and is here to stay. Make sure to tell your friends about Chris and keep an eye out for his future stories that will be hitting the Kindle Store within the next couple weeks.
