About the Author: Dennis R. Delisle, ScD, FACHE is the Executive Project Director for the Jefferson Health IS&T Epic@Jeff Division and a faculty member for Thomas Jefferson University's College of Population Health. Dennis has day-to-day and strategic responsibilities for the implementation and ongoing optimization of Epic E.H.R. clinical, revenue cycle, analytics, and technical applications. He is responsible for development of robust operational and physician engagement model, continuous improvement program, and future M&A roll-out execution plans.
Dennis holds certifications as a Lean Master, Six Sigma Black Belt, Change Agent, and Project Management Professional (PMP). He designed and teaches graduate courses in Operational Excellence through the TJU College of Population Health.
Dennis is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He completed his undergraduate degree in biology from Syracuse University, Master of Health Services Administration from the George Washington University, and Doctor of Science degree in health systems management from Tulane University. Dennis grew up in Branchburg, NJ and currently resides in Philadelphia, PA.
Andy McLamb is the Change and Engagement Management Specialist for Information Services and Technology (IS&T) at Jefferson Health. Andy has strategic responsibility for supporting technology-based change initiatives through centralized IS&T communications - both within the department, and to leadership and staff across the Jefferson enterprise. Additionally, he is responsible for creating and executing communications plans for Epic@Jeff, the system's ongoing E.H.R. rollout.
Prior to joining Jefferson Health, Andy held roles as Senior Communications Consultant and Communications Project Manager for health systems implementing Epic. He has a broad range of experience in both health care and industry, including past work in corporate communications, digital marketing, traditional advertising, public relations, and event management.
Andy completed his undergraduate degree in business management with a concentration in marketing at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC. He holds an associate degree in computer science with a focus on networking from Northeast State Technical Community College in Blountville, TN, and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization from King University in Bristol, TN. Andy grew up in Dunn, NC, and currently resides with his wife near Johnson City, TN.
Samantha Inch is a Certified Professional Coach who helps women in high-stress careers to redesign their lives by reducing anxiety, creating discipline, and curating a path to sustainable happiness. With over a decade of experience in Organizational Communications, she has led integrated communications campaigns most recently for a Philadelphia-based hospital system and a multi-billion dollar government defense contractor. Samantha has been the recipient of organizational and industry awards for excellence in Communications, including being named to PR News' People to Watch list.
Samantha received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Public Relations from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. She received her Certification in Professional Coaching from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching, accredited by the International Coaching Federation.
