About the Author: Die Herausgeber: Gertraude Zand, geboren 1964, ist Assistentin am Institut fur Slawistik der Universitat Wien, Forschungsschwerpunkte: tschechische und slowakische Literatur nach 1945, vergleichende Literatur- und Kulturwissenschaft. Buchpublikation: "Totaler Realismus und Peinliche Poesie, tschechische Untergrund-Literatur 1948-1953" (1998).
Jiri Holy, geboren 1953, ist Dozent am Institut fur tschechische Literatur der Karls-Universitat Prag. Forschungsschwerpunkte: tschechische Literatur des 20. Jahrhunderts, Interpretation literarischer Texte. Buchpublikationen: "Novinar Kurt Konrad" (1985); "Prace a basnivost" (1990); "Ceska literatura 1910-1945" (1991); "Problemy nove ceske epiky" (1995); "Ceska literatura IV, od roku 1945 do soucasnosti" (1996).
