About the Book

UFO & rocket propulsion concepts by inventor Gene Watson. Generalized drawings.
About the Author: Gene Watson was adopted as a child from Italy and grew up in Sherman, Texas during the golden age of science fiction, in fact he claims that he learned to speak English by reading classic comic books and this made him interested in flying saucers and space travel. He was employed at one time by Xerox and Texas Instruments. He is a visionary of sorts, first trying to build his own flying saucer during his young adulthood, with the aid of a Dr. Bronco, a professor at Arkansas Polytechnic College during the early 1970s, many decades before the flying vehicle became todays reality. He would also make discoveries such as what he terms "AC Ionic Wave" by experimenting with electricity speculating Nikola Tesla could have discovered something similar. Gene Watson over time would develop many propulsion concepts as well as other inventions and ideas, sometimes sharing his ideas with others. Gene Watson for example, claims that he may have been the one to come up with the idea of the laser printer and also the weed eater, as well as the electronic bug zapper - all ideas shared, and would later appear on the market. He can not rule out that some UFO sightings may be the result of his ideas passed on to engineers. Gene Watson is a firm proponent of space exploration and hopes that one day humans will go to Mars and colonize outer space. He also has his own ideas about physics, challenging the likes of Albert Einstein, that indeed the Steady State theory is correct, as he states, "the universe is continually renewing itself." Gene Watson is still very active today, piddling with junk, testing IC chips, and making small flying saucer models that generate thrust, that he claims can be improved on using 3D printing. His philosophy is one of higher ethics and morality and is not interested in developing weapons. He believes that perhaps aliens, more advanced beings, share these higher ethical standards, very much like his favorite TV show Star Trek envisioned by Gene Roddenberry.
