About the Book

Sam is faced with a lawsuit for one of the most ridiculous reasons in the history of the courts. The term of the lawsuit is plausible, but the grounds on which it is based stems from selfishness and greed. While researching her maternal family history to defend her case, she discovers more secrets and lies. As she is trying to make sense of what she has learned, tragedy strikes and she is forced to concentrate on the "here and now" rather than the past. During the day to day motions of taking care of family she is faced with lies and deceit from the man she was prepared to give her heart to. She finds solace in the planning of future events, which helps her uncover a dream.
About the Author: Diane has been writing online since January 2010. She has published articles on sites such as HubPages, eZine Articles and Triond. She is also the author of a growing number of books; both fiction and nonfiction. Her titles include (but are not limited to) The Hidden Estate, The Uncovered Dream (second in the Hidden Estate Series), Writeful Advice, How to Turn Words Into Cash and The Homemaker Helper Series: Crafts. All of her work has been self-published and can be found on platforms such as Amazon, and Kobo, as well as on her website. After searching for a platform which she could sell her eBooks and reports, she found Sellfy. She realized it is a platform not widely known, so wrote a book to inform others about it. Her focus on nonfiction and the self-publishing industry has led to the development of a course in which she can share her knowledge and first-hand experience with others. By breaking the process into step-by-step format, students can complete the exercises included. This will help them gain a better understanding of not only the writing/publishing process, but of the direction they wish to take in their own publishing career. Diane lives with her spouse on an acreage and can be found writing, crafting or tending to their small herd of alpacas. Her career as a mother has not come to an end, but with her children being young adults, she has more time to dedicate to her own passions. Her list of "to write" books keeps growing, with the main focus being on nonfiction.
