He graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. George's University and completed his Internal Medicine residency at New York Presbyterian Queens. Dr, Bernstein is a board certified internal medicine physician and has experience in emergency medicine, primary care, urgent care, sports medicine, pain management, nutrition as well as health and wellness. He has worked in hospitals and ERs, covering rehab floors to intensive care units. David Lyons is the best-selling author of David's Goliath and Everyday Health and Fitness with Multiple Sclerosis and columnist for Everyday Health. A National Fitness Hall of Fame inductee, Lyons, was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) in 2006 at the age of 47 and made the choice to fight MS head-on through bodybuilding. In 2009, at age 50, he competed in a bodybuilding contest winning the Most Inspirational trophy, and was the recipient of the National MS Society Milestone Award. In 2012, Lyons and his wife, Kendra founded the MS Fitness Challenge charity to support people with MS in conquering this disease through fitness. Lyons was honored by Arnold Schwarzenegger with the Health Advocate Lifetime Achievement Award, and has received the Lifetime Fitness Inspiration Award from the GBO, an international fitness federation. David has partnered with fitness icon Lou Ferrigno and daughter Shanna on The Reset Plan TV series. Scott Newton is the Founder of Evolve Personalized Fitness: Scott received his undergraduate degree in Human Movement, from Boston University. Shortly after he moved to California where he began his career as a trainer, coach, teacher, and athletic director. His passion for fitness and education grew, leading to him earning his masters degree in Kinesiology, from California State University, Fullerton. Scott is a certified personal trainer by the American Council on Exercise (ACE). With more than 29 years experience and study, he has continuously seen how a systematic, science-based approach to training changes bodies, performance, and lives. Rami F. Odeh is the author of three books, Quiet the Noise: A Trail Runners Path to Hearing God and the founder of FormWell Personal Fitness Training, a personal training company located in Sandy Springs, GA. Outside of the gym, Alyssa has been a local performer for several years; lending well to the passion of speaking. Dr Nia Williams is a Psychologist and Lecturer at Bangor University, Wales, UK. She is fascinated by human behaviour and has explored an immense variety of psychological phenomena, ranging from personality to social psychology to behavioural economics and other cognitive processes. Over the years she has developed a reputation for successfully creating experiments for award winning television programmes such as; Winner of best Factual Entertainment at the Celtic Media Festival and won the Silver Medal Award in the Community Project Category at the New York Festivals TV & Film Awards. She makes regular Radio and TV contributions as an expert informant on various issues relating to psychology. Nick Wright is a competitive bodybuilder and powerlifter, He's documented his competitive journey and life through YouTube and other accompanying social media platforms since 2009. Proud to hold the title of one of YouTube's first fitness influencers, Nick helped pioneer the YouTube Fitness circuit along with a few other great channels out there, I have had the pleasure of meeting, working with, and even helping start some of today's most popular fitness channels. Having been in and seen the inner workings that take place in this industry behind the scenes, he's done his best to always keep his content both healthy and honest.
