About the Book

A partir de la conformación de un mercado amplio de educación superior, nuevas propuestas de capacitación corporativa (CC) han confluido para dar solución a temas de negocios. En este trabajo se muestra la potencialidad que puede tener la UC a efectos de alcanzar un mayor desarrollo del talento individual y organizacional. Sus orígenes justifican su desenvolvimiento en el ámbito práctico de los negocios, alejada del marco teórico-conceptual que la Universidad Tradicional (UT) puede brindar. Distintos factores -que han rodeado a las UT- han permitido que la UC se desarrollara, presentándose como una disrupción importante en educación superior solo comparable con el e-learning.
