This book explains how to work your 'Story-Nav' that we all have on board and with Happiness navigating you can't go wrong. Together we will focus on getting you feeling happy and living a life that is meaningful on a regular basis first and then you can work on your plan to save the world / other people next... maybe...... ..... only if you want to and you still think they need saving. Let's take a quick look at where Unstuck will take you: 1: Who is driving my car? You will work out which characters you have used (and abused) to get where you are now. Yes, we will be looking into the boot and under that old rug on the back seat and inviting the monsters back out to play: don't worry - they turn out to be quite useful... This is your personal resources kit, so you can bring the right character / energy in your personality out to play to be most successful in a given situation (some of us are doing the equivalent of having a kindly parent to woo the princess and the court jester to impress our boss - not optimal!) 2: Where are the maps? We will look at the fundamental stories that we tell over and over again and how they relate to our deepest desires for love, happiness, learning and meaning. Learning is what gives us surprise, magic and the delicious feeling of adventure - this appears in contrast to what we already know - it also accounts for the not so fun stuff that we experience too - it helps us evolve physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually - either in a fun way or a hard way. This book will help you see the lessons coming and adapt rather than being smacked round the head with them because you've ignored them too long! 3: Where am I going next? If half of your challenge is wondering, 'what do I want?' then good news, we will create some clarity together here. If you don't think you are going anywhere, I'm sorry to say that your upbringing / society / someone else will have created a default for you, so you may want to check that out! Sometimes in planning 'where next?' we get a bit side-tracked with deciding on: 'the best choice to last us forever' or 'things we must / should / could do' rather than what you really want to do. For some people it has been so long since we listened to what we want that the muscle is weak; just like any muscle the more you work on it the better it will get. Start choosing for you right now, what you eat, who you talk to, what you think about - don't do it by accident. 4: How do I get there? Many of you will be after some guidance for now, like right now...what should I do now that x has happened? You have a Happy Navigator keeping you on track: you'll learn how to hear it and use it to avoid the road blocks and traffic along the way too. 5: How do I keep going? Dealing with change is hard, this section gives you some practical resources and expands on the spiritual underpinnings of this way of seeing the world and your journey and is followed in Part 6 by some resources to help you. At the end there is also a link to some free videos to help you turn the ignition and get your life moving. Come on - take a ride - what do you have to lose?
