About the Author: Anke Steinborn, studierte Kunstgeschichte, Kultur- und Filmwissenschaft an der Humboldt Universität und Freien Universität in Berlin sowie am Goldsmiths, University of London; 2013 Promotion an der Bauhaus-Universität Weimar zum Thema: Der neo-aktionistische Aufbruch. Zur Ästhetik des American Way of Life. Seit 2001 im Bereich Art Direction/Creative Consulting tätig. Darüber hinaus lehrt und forscht sie seit vielen Jahren an verschiedenen Instituten und Universitäten wie der BTU Cottbus, der Europa-Universität Viadrina und der Universität Bayreuth. Forschungsschwerpunkte: Raum-, Design- und Medientheorie, Futures Thinking, Ästhetiken der Affizierung. #
Denis Newiak, studierte Europäische Medienwissenschaft in Potsdam und Filmwissenschaft an der Freien Universität Berlin, promoviert derzeit an der BTU Cottbus zu Ausdrucksformen von Einsamkeit in Film und Fernsehen und welche gemeinschaftsstiftenden Funktionen den Fernsehserien unter spätmodernen Lebensbedingungen zukommen. Weitere Forschungsschwerpunkte sind: Künstliche Intelligenz und virtuelle Sprachassistenten, Mars im Film, Musik im Science-Fiction-Film.
