About the Book

In the book, I will discuss in detail the seven strategies to completing a rebound. These strategies are proven techniques that helped me recover from a place where I almost lost hope and my life. These seven simple strategies, if followed correctly will lead to success in your life. REBOUND is an acronym. Below are the modules of the REBOUND methodology: R = Reinvent Yourself E = Extend and Excel B = Bake It, Don't Microwave It O = Optimize Opportunities U = Understanding Births Knowledge N = Negate Negativity D = Demand Your Destiny In this book, we will explore each of the modules of the REBOUND methodology to help you make a successful rebound in any area of life you're currently struggling with. Often, we may need to end addiction, relationships and circumstances that are holding us back from being the best we can and were designed to be. Sometimes a REBOUND is necessary to bring us back from the place of being broken and up to the place of blessing.
