About the Author: Martyn Phillips is qualified as a: Certified Value Specialist -Life (US), Certificated Value Manager (UK), Fellow of SAVE International (US) Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers (UK), Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management (UK), Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Value, Management, Professional Engineer (Canada), and, Professional in Value Management (Europe) Martyn assists organizations achieve their business goals. He is qualified as both an Engineer and a Value Specialist in Europe and in North America. He has conducted strategic, program and project alignment consulting assignments, as well as performance improvement training / coaching, for a broad range of clients and topics around the world. His leadership of group problem-solving situations and organizational effectiveness assignments has resulted in significant savings of time and cost, together with functionality enhancements and turnaround, for a number of high profile projects and services for both the public and private sectors in different cultures.
