About the Book

Einsendeaufgabe aus dem Jahr 2017 im Fachbereich BWL - Personal und Organisation, Note: 2,4, Deutsche Hochschule für Prävention und Gesundheitsmanagement GmbH, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Diese Arbeit beinhaltet die Verkaufsorganisation, die Kundenorientierung, die optimale Führung von Mitarbeitern und das Controlling in Vertrieben. Im Kapitel "Verkaufsorganisation" wird der Verkaufsprozess in einem Fitnessstudio dargestellt und anschließend mit den 13 Stufen des Verkaufs verglichen. Anhand des Vergleichs erfolgt eine Verkaufsprozessoptimierung. Im Kapitel "Kundenorientierung" wird das Konzept der Selbstkonkordanz und die Transformation der einzelnen Modi vorgestellt. Des weiteren wird auf die Themen Kundenbindung und Zusatzverkäufe eingegangen. Das Kapitel "Teams, Motivation & Führung" behandelt die Themenpunkte Teamentwicklung, Motivation und Führung. Im letzten Kapitel "Controlling" werden wichtige Kennzahlten in Vertrieben behandelt.
About the Author: Mein Name ist Elena Maier. Ich wurde im Mai 1997 geboren und bin in einem kleineren Dorf nahe Ulm aufgewachsen. Schon während meiner Kindheit war ich sehr vielseitig orientiert. Am wichtigsten waren für mich dabei immer Sport, Ernährung und der Kontakt zu anderen Menschen. Mein Abitur habe ich in der Fachrichtung Gestaltungs- und Medientechnik abgelegt. Nach dem Abitur habe ich eine andere Richtung eingeschlagen: Gesundheit, Sport und Ernährung. 2020 habe ich mein Bachelor an der Deutschen Hochschule für Prävention und Gesundheit (B.A. Fitnessökonomie) abgeschlossen und 2021 mein Master-Studium (Prävention & Gesundheitsmanagement) dort begonnen. Ich arbeite als Gesundheitsökonomin in einem Physiotherapie- und Gesundheitszentrum, wo ich mich zu 100 % angekommen fühle. Auf diesem Weg habe ich herausgefunden, was ich in meinem weiter Leben machen möchte: Ich möchte Menschen mit meinem Wissen helfen, ich möchte sie für Gesundheit und Sport begeistern und sie auf dem Weg in ein gesundes Leben begleiten.
