Wahrend er am Abend beschaftigt war mit dem Stellen von Reusen wurde er von einem Tiger besprungen und weggefuhrt. Seine Mutter, die vergebens seiner Heimkehr harrte, ging hinaus, ihn zu suchen, fand aber nur die Spur des Tigers. Da was es ihr klar, was geschehen war, und sie achzte: Ach, Djonaha, hattest du nicht deine Stammesgenossen in den Abgrund sturzen machen, so wurdest du noch nicht gestorben sein."
