Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2016 im Fachbereich Pädagogik - Medienpädagogik, Note: 1,0, Pädagogische Hochschule Weingarten (Mediendidaktik), Veranstaltung: Medien- und Bildungsmanagement, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Ausgehend von aktuellen Problemen der Präsenz-Lehrerfortbildung (LFB) beschäftigt sich die vorliegende Arbeit mit der mediengestützten LFB. Untersucht werden zweierlei Fragen: (1) Welche Einflussfaktoren lassen sich für die Teilnahme von Lehrkräften in Baden-Württemberg an mediengestützter LFB identifizieren? (2) Wie können mögliche Einflussfaktoren in einem Kategorisierungssystem strukturiert werden? Ausgehend von den Technology Acceptance Modellen (Davis, 1989; Venkatesh & Davis, 2000; Venkatesh & Bala, 2008) als theoretische Grundlage werden zunächst drei Kategorisierungssysteme (Bürg & Mandl, 2004; Bürg, Rösch & Mandl, 2005; Reinmann, Florian, Häuptle & Metscher, 2009) analysiert, anhand derer ein eigenes Kategorisierungssystem für Einflussfaktoren auf die Teilnahme von LehrerInnen in Baden-Württemberg an mediengestützter LFB entwickelt wird. Dieses Kategorisierungssystem enthält Einflussfaktoren auf vier Ebenen: Ebene des Schulsystems, Ebene der einzelnen Schule, Ebene der einzelnen Lehrkraft, Ebene der Lernumgebung. Die angenommenen Faktoren können anhand aktueller wissenschaftlicher Theorie und Empirie als Einflussfaktoren auf die Teilnahme von Lehrkräften in Baden-Württemberg an mediengestützter LFB bestätigt werden. Problematisch erscheint im Kontext der mediengestützten LFB neben der Existenz von Forschungsdesideraten auch der noch immer vorhandene Entwicklungsbedarf vor allem auf der Ebene des Schulsystems und auf der Ebene der einzelnen Schule.
