About the Author: Albert Liao, Founder and CEO of Wareconn Technology Services, Cloud Enterprise Solutions Business Group, Foxconn Industrial Internet (Fii). In 1995, he received his Ph.D. in Engineering from National Taiwan University. He was also the Assistant Professor of Feng-Chia / Yuan-Ze / Da-Yeh University in Taiwan, and Service Director of USI-ASE Group / Gaming Computer -MSI / Notebook Contract Manufacturer - Compal / Electronic Manufacture Services - Foxconn, and has over 20 years' working experience in Warranty Service Management area. Based on academic theory and practical application, expects to integrate Warranty Data through the Cloud Platform, and assist Enterprises to establish a Warranty Chain Management System align to Industry 4.0 and Sustainable Development.
