This weight loss, fitness andactivity tracker for 2019 with coloring book feature is just the tool to keep you organized, healthy and fit for the New Year! This tracker covers the months of January, February and March 2019, and gives you so much room to help plan and track your goals!
First, you start off by defining your reasons for your fitness goals. Then you enter your starting statistics, including your measurements and your targets.
