Inhaltsangabe: Zusammenfassung: „Der Erde geht es zu Beginn des neuen Jahrhunderts so schlecht wie noch nie..." besagt die alarmierende Bilanz des amerikanischen Worldwatch Instituts vom Januar 2000. Im Moment leben etwa 6 Milliarden Menschen auf der Erde und davon lebt nur 1 Milliarde in Wohlstand. Dieses Sechstel beansprucht aber nahezu den gesamten Energie- und Rohstoffverbrauch für sich alleine. Etwa 37% des gesamten Energieverbrauchs in Deutschland, also incl. Verkehr und Industrie, wird ausschließlich für die Erwärmung unserer Häuser und des Brauchwassers aufgewendet1. Vom gesamten Energieverbrauch eines privaten Haushalts benötigt man 76,5% für die Raumwärme. Um ein herkömmliches Einfamilienhaus zu beheizen, verbraucht man im Schnitt jährlich etwa 2000 bis 2500 Liter Heizöl3. Mit dem Ziel einer Ressourcenschonung will die neue Energieeinsparverordnung (EnEV 16.11.2001) den Heizenergiebedarf für Neubauten um etwa 30% im Vergleich zu den bisherigen Regelungen reduzieren und CO2 - Emissionen aus der Gebäudenutzung senken. Ökologische Gründe, die für die Realisierung energiesparender Konzepte im Wohnungsbau sprechen, gibt es offensichtlich genügend. Aber wie verhalten sich energiesparende Konzepte im Kosten- oder Wirtschaftlichkeitsvergleich? Bedeutet „Energie sparen" automatisch einen Mehraufwand an Geld aufgrund höherer Investitionskosten und Baunutzungskosten? Die vorliegende Arbeit vergleicht drei zum Teil völlig unterschiedliche, mehr oder weniger energiesparende, Konzepte des Wohnungsbaus bezüglich ihrer Wirtschaftlichkeit über den gesamten Lebenszyklus dieser Gebäude. Alle Konzepte erfüllen die Anforderungen der neuen EnEV 2002 (Fassung vom 16.11.2001) und werden auf verschiedensten Ebenen miteinander verglichen, wie z.B.: reine Baukosten, Heizenergiebedarf, Kosten aus der Gebäudenutzung, Primärenergiebedarf, Förderung durch den Staat, etc. Diese Betrachtung über den gesamten Lebenszyklus des Hauses soll dem Bauherrn und dem Planer Aufschluss über die re
