Whether scribbled on offering envelopes or penciled on the backs of church attendance sheets, her words were filled with inspiration and warmth-addressing topics of love, life, worship, and praise.
But Jeanne Weaver Foth never published these personal poems and thoughts during her life, preferring to tuck them away in a small binder among the rest of her belongings.
Now the writings, most of which were crafted in fading pencil, have been lovingly transcribed by Jeanne's daughter, Trish, as a tribute to the vivacious, intelligent, and caring woman who loved her church and worked tirelessly to serve her local community.
A Wish and You stands on its own for its lyrical turns of phrase, as well as for its profound reflections on many of life's most impactful moments. But it also serves as a permanent memorial that allows readers to feel the presence of this amazing soul-and if you close your eyes, you may even catch a glimpse of Jeanne's joyful smile.
Deeply spiritual, candid, and filled with love, this posthumously published poetry collection ensures that Jeanne's unique voice will reach beyond her life on this earth and touch readers for generations to come.
