Coven
Kana is a rare male witch ostracized by his coven. When he claims two familiars, rather than the standard one, he knows he has to run away to keep his coven from taking advantage of his power. After years of constantly looking over his shoulder, Kana realizes he should have been paying better attention to what's right in front of him. He's drawn the interest of a different sort of coven: vampires.
Vampires, and the werewolves who protect them, want power, and Kana has a lot of that. Even with the support of his familiars, Kana isn't sure if he'll survive the attentions of the vampires. Except, perhaps it's the werewolves, and one handsome wolf in particular, that Kana ought to be afraid of.
Hunter
Kana never dreamed he would be affiliated with a werewolf pack, but when Alpha Ember asks Kana for a favor, Kana agrees. However, helping Ember and his wolves means exposing Kana's existence to the larger magical community. Breaking his safety net is something Kana doesn't take lightly, but if it means Ember might finally notice him, Kana is willing to try.
Unfortunately, actions have consequences. A magic hunter is on the way to the city, and Kana is worried he's the target. Laying low in the company of werewolves isn't as easy as Kanahoped, and when the hunter turns his focus on Kana, Kana quickly realizes the pack and Ember might be the ones who suffer as a result.
Witch
Kana spent his life hiding from those who might take advantage of his power. Now that he's living with his lover, werewolf Alpha Ember, hiding is impossible. However, living in the open means accepting the inherent risks. Kana hopes he and Ember together are strong enough to survive whatever might come. Then a new witch moves to town.
Dealing with the witch should be the most important thing for Kana, the pack, and their allies, but something else is lurking in the shadows-something dark, and evil, whose only goal is to destroy everything Kana holds dear.
