It is about helping you find your true self your abilities to change things in your life.... to make the changes that will stay with you and transform your current lifestyle forever, for a much better lifestyle a more abundant lifestyle where you will go forward with optimism, a new confidence and not look back.
To change some habits, you acquired over the years, as you steadily watched your health decline along with your mental health and lack of optimism for the future.
I wrote this book in the hope of encouraging others to be free of things that can weigh you down, and to offer you some guided advice.
To keep healthy in mind and body we must make more time for ourselves and to be aware of the dangers that unhealthy living practices can do to us.
