A word from the author, Kristin E. Robertson:
"More and more, we hear about dysfunctional company cultures in the news. Your company culture can be preventing your organization from providing outstanding customer service, executing a great strategy, or attaining desired financial results. You cannot afford bad publicity about your company, nor the reputation that it spreads among prospective employees and customers. You cannot leave culture to chance. And, you cannot ensure a positive company culture by simply throwing perks and benefits at employees. You must grow a thriving business from a foundation of core values, and link all that you do back to those values.
Growing a vibrant company culture takes dedication, work and a mindset of doing what's right for the customers, employees, vendors and owners of the business. Are you ready to take on the challenge? If yes, enjoy this book."
