About the Author: Vickie T Baker is a daughter, mother, wife, consumer, traveler, engineer, health advocate, and author. She has managed complex technical projects for companies such as Xerox, Affiliated Computer Services, and Lockheed Martin for the past thirty-four years in the U.S. and abroad.
A certified project management professional, she received her bachelor's degree in industrial and management engineering and health coach certification accredited through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
A champion for Making your life happen one plan at a time. Through on-line and group programs, Vickie specializes in using project management tools to coach her clients to live long, happy, and healthy lives, while making their dreams come true.
She, her husband, and dog, Izabel, split their time between the beaches of Florida and the mountains of Montana. An avid reader, nature lover and health advocate, she is a proud mother of three wonderful children and two grandsons.
