About the Book

Your Route To Success, is much more then a how to guide; to buy, own, and operate a route business. The book is about my own, hands-on experience so it's personal, real, practical, honest and sincere. How I managed to buy, own, and operate the route business for twenty-one years, and of all places (the capital of the world N.Y.C.). Remember the famous saying; "If you can make it here, you can make it anywhere." Throughout the book my message is, to inspire, motivate, empower, and give a practical advice, as well as steps for the reader to take to succeed and improve his way of life. As route owner, just imagine for a moment, that for the next ten, twenty years, or more you no longer have to be concerned about job and income security, for you and your family. Having that peace of mind is priceless, especially in today's economy and job market. How about the freedom and independence in deciding how many days and hours you want to work, and the kind of life you wish to build for you and your family. In most cases route business is an already established business, so it provides immediate and secured steady income. Over many years the route business has been very good to me, and my family. In writing this book is a way of giving back, to the business that I love. It just might be the perfect small business for owner-operator. True success in life is; "When people benefit from your actions." My wish and hope is to help individuals who are hardworking, disciplined, responsible, self-starters, who believe in self-reliance and family values, to get into their own small business and succeed. It's about showing and making a very practical, and convincing case throughout the book, how an average individual, (without special training or college diploma), but with above average; desire, discipline, attitude, and work ethic, opportunities still exist to be self-employed and succeed. It's about you, being in control of your life, your future, and not, your boss. Throughout the book I tell it like it is. I don't paint a rosy picture or sugar coat anything. I point out that elevator to success is broken, that you have to use the stairs, one step at the time. I know, of no magic formula for success, and for fast and easy riches' that anybody can achieve. Success before work only comes in a dictionary. It's also inspiring and motivational book, that makes you think, be aware, and believe; that you can be your own boss, you can do better, yes you can succeed, that opportunities do exist if you persistently keep looking not just give up, and blame everything and everyone for your lack of success. To always be conscious in thinking what is in your best interest, to think about, how you spend your time, money, energies, who you associate with, and so on. Will your everyday habits lead you to success and better you, or failure, despair, and reliance on family, relatives, or the government? Reflection of our lives depends on the choices we make. To have a better life, simply make better choices. Successful people throughout their lives' by far, make the greater number of better choices and decisions, and then the unsuccessful people do. Only part of the book is about the route business, by far more important are the overall teachings and the message of the book. This is the time for one of those better choices that you can make, to buy the book with a promise to read it often, get inspired, motivated, and into action in learning and using the everyday habits that lead and bring success and prosperity to you and your family. I feel like, I did my part to help you succeed. The next step is up to you. I wish you good luck on your journey to; "Your Route To Success."
About the Author: I came to America (N.Y.C.) at the age of fourteen. Within several months of arriving, I got my work permit from the school I was attending, to be able to work in a local grocery store. Since that young age, with Gods blessing of good health, I haven't stopped working, and creating for a better tomorrow. Thanks to my parents, grandparents, and whole family upbringing, with family values, as well as my faith, that at this young age I already learned and used the many success habits, that are foundation of any success in life. The habits of: work ethic, personal responsibility, discipline, can-do attitude, self-reliance, and necessary sacrifices. My writing is from life's hands-on experiences, it's real, honest, and sincere, as if I was on a mission, to educate you in always thinking and being aware in, what is in your best interest, to help you help yourself, to make necessary positive changes, to learn and use the everyday habits that lead to success and what is better for you. As a former owner of several small businesses, route business expert, as well as small rental property owner/manager, I am a realist, with common sense approach in starting your own business. I have no magic formulas for success, or empty promises of quick and easy riches that anybody can achieve. My mission, purpose, and goal is; to help, guide, teach, motivate, inspire, and set a positive example through my experience, to all the individuals with a can-do attitude, discipline and personal responsibility, to work create, and build a better tomorrow for themselves and their family. These are the individuals who make the world a better place to be for you and for me. I believe that: " Success in life is, when people benefit from your actions." My hope and wish is that great number of people benefit from my life's experiences, as millions of people are searching for good advice, on how to live a better life, find a better job, or run a better business.English Author John Ruskin put it wisely: "What we think or what we know, or what we believe is in the end of little consequence. The only consequence is what we do." My fellow readers, here I am, continuing to do. Trying to make a positive difference in peoples lives.
