About the Author:

As an executive of a Fortune 500 company, Dr. Deborah Dexter has not only led enterprise change initiatives for over eighteen years but also developed others to execute her change methodology.

She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a major in marketing, master's degrees in telecommunication engineering and administrative management, and a doctor of philosophy degree in organizational management. She also holds certifications in project management, HR recruiting, and change management, and she has gained additional executive education and completed several leadership programs at a Fortune 500 company.

Her successful outcomes have resulted in industry recognitions such as the 2012 Leadership Excellence and Dedication Award from the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association and the 2013 Most Valuable Thought Leader Award: Customer Contact Executive MindXchange from Frost & Sullivan.
