About the Author: Kingsley Aigbona started his career as the publisher of a monthly inspirational, motivational and personal development magazine. He is passionate about the development of individuals and has taught various audiences on goals, dream actualization, marketing and career development. He is currently the Head of Learning & Consulting at The Learning Edge Limited, a consulting, training and recruiting firm based in Lagos State, Nigeria. He has helped to design and organize courses that attract people from various organizations such as MTN, Visafone, Shell (Cameroun & Nigeria), SNEPCO, Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, Skye Bank Plc, ExxonMobil, NLNG, Daewoo (Nigeria), NAFDAC, and more. He anchors strategy sessions, team bonding & induction activities for firms. He is one of the few individuals who were commissioned to write "How to Be A Good Lagosian" published for the Office of the Governor of Lagos State, Nigeria. He is a contributor to The Unlikely Burden and Other Stories, a book which was the focus of a BBC analysis in October 2006. The book has been translated into Swahili, Portuguese and other languages and is widely distributed in East Africa and the Caribbean. He is also the author of How to Escape the Scourge of Unemployment, a book he distributes to NYSC Corp Members FREE OF CHARGE. Kingsley Aigbona has a wealth of experience in marketing and leadership. He has worked as Business Development Manager at Mobile Rechargespot Limited, Marketing Manager at Supreme Option Technologies, and as Nigerian Coordinator of WSPA's Humane Education Programme. Kingsley is a trained and practicing Public Relations practitioner and is certified by Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR). He is also a trained Humane Education Personnel by WSPA, UK. He has also trained for Ogun State House of Assembly, Masters Energy Oil & Gas Ltd, Basscomm Group, ASO Savings & Loans Plc, Bola Onadebanjo & Co, and more. He facilitates sessions on Workplace Mentoring, Workplace Attitude, Communication Skills, Leadership, Project Management, Conflict Management and other Workplace Activation courses. Kingsley also currently serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Papa n Gold Group of Companies, a conglomerate that has interests in oil and gas, e-commerce, manufacturing, international trade to mention but a few.
