Inhaltsangabe: Einleitung: Das Unternehmen Boehringer Ingelheim Pharma KG (BI) hat am Standort Ingelheim für seine kaufmännischen Auszubildenden erstmals eine Teachware für MS-Office Programme eingesetzt. Die Teachware wurde von der Firma NETG Applied Learning GmbH bezogen. Computerunterstützte Aus- und Weiterbildung kann durch die zunehmende Verbesserung der Hardwareausstattung in Unternehmen und die weitgehende Vernetzung aller Personalcomputer kostengünstig und organisatorisch einfach zur Anwendung kommen und wird durch diese Voraussetzungen für die ausbildenden Unternehmen leicht durchführbar. Somit kommen neben traditionellen Vermittlungsformen im Unterricht auch Computerlernprogramme zum Einsatz, die ein weitgehend eigenständiges Erarbeiten von Lerninhalten ohne einen ständig anwesenden Trainer ermöglichen. Diese neue Form der Vermittlung stellt für die Auszubildenden eine andere, bisher ungewohnte Lernsituation dar. Diese Diplomarbeit soll der Frage nachgehen, in welchem Umfang Auszubildende von BI Computerlernprogramme als Vermittlungsform für MS-Office akzeptieren. Gang der Untersuchung: In den Kapiteln 2 bis 4 wird ein Bezugsrahmen dargestellt, in welchen die spezielle Lernsoftware eingeordnet werden kann. Innerhalb dieses Bezugsrahmens können die Aussagen der Auszubildenden über die Akzeptanz der Lernprogramme betrachtet werden. In Kapitel 2 wird allgemein computergestützte Ausbildung in der betrieblichen Ausbildung dargestellt. Dazu werden Ziele, Vor- und Nachteile sowie die Bedeutung herausgearbeitet. Diese Beschreibung dient der Einordnung des Problemfeldes und kann Ansatzpunkte zur Beurteilung eines erfolgreichen Einsatzes von Lernprogrammen geben. Anschließend wird in Kapitel 3 die spezielle Teachware näher betrachtet. Dazu wird der Aufbau der Lernprogramme beschrieben und eine Einordnung der speziellen Teachware in eine Lernprogrammart, den tutoriellen Systemen, versucht (3.1).
