Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2021 im Fachbereich Führung und Personal - Führungsstile, Note: 2,3, Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Die vorliegende Bachelorarbeit untersucht die Auswirkung von dem Transformationalen, Transaktionalen und dem Laissez-faire Führungsstil auf das Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) von Mitarbeitern des privaten und des öffentlichen Sektors in Deutschland. Außerdem wird in dieser Arbeit die emotionale Intelligenz des Transformationalen Führungsstils als Moderator des Organizational Citizenship Behavior untersucht. Es handelt sich bei dieser Studie um eine Replikation der Studie von Abdullahi et al (2020) mit einer Veränderung in der Stichprobe hinsichtlich der Bevölkerung. Die Untersuchung des Transaktionalen und des Laissez-Faire Führungsstils dient zusätzlich dem Zweck, der vorgeschlagenen Forschungslücke aus der Schlüsselstudie gerecht zu werden. Die Ergebnisse aus dieser Arbeit können praxisnah reflektiert werden sowie für Unternehmen die Möglichkeit bieten eine angenehmere Arbeitsumgebung zu schaffen. Ein Fragebogen wurde konstruiert, um Daten von 106 Teilnehmern auszuwerten. Von dieser Auswahl wurden einfache Zufallsstichproben der Befragten übernommen. Anhand der Software Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) wurde zur Überprüfung der Hypothesen im Forschungsmodell eine lineare Multiple-Regression durchgeführt. Die vorliegende Studie unterstützt die Forschung darin ein besseres Verständnis für die aktuelle Einstellung gegenüber den gewählten Führungsstilen in Bezug auf die Bereitschaft zum OCB bei Mitarbeitern in Deutschland aus dem öffentlichen und dem privaten Sektor darzulegen. Zudem kann die emotionale Intelligenz einer transformationalen Führungskraft auch in der aktuellen Zeit, worin die Corona-Pandemie allgegenwärtig ist aus diesem Blickwinkel beleuchtet werden.
